TAFFISH does not host the full raw sequencing archive on this site; the example data are prepared by the maintainer data app rnaseq-yeast-get-data, which records source URLs, checksums, accessions, fallback downloads, commands and manifests.

rnaseq-yeast-get-data prepares a 24-sample real-mini package from the public project: 12 WT and 12 snf2_KO biological samples, 500k single-end reads per sample, a selected 12-vs-12 gene count matrix, SGD reference files and SGD/GO-derived GMT/background resources. It records the selected biological replicates, all lane accessions, actual download source, fallback status, file checksums and generated package manifests.
